We got Mia's blood tested and stools checked and everything came back fine, which is very good news. So I guess that the bouts of diarrhea and soft stools she's been having on and off for the past three weeks are caused by a food sensitivity.
We've started Mia on the new food "California Natural" yesterday. We're doing a very slow transition and mixing it in with the Medi-Cal Gastro formula food the vet prescribed.
She's lost a couple of pounds in the past week or so. Let's hope it works for her and that she starts gaining weight back.
Mia turned 4 months old on Saturday January 17th. It's going by so fast!
